MINUTES:
The meeting was convened at approximately 6:30 p.m., and upon motion made and seconded the minutes of the 11/21/09 meeting were unanimously accepted as written.
TREASURER’S REPORT:
Norman Burnstine reported a year-end balance in the bank of $3,326.48. The detailed financial report is attached (page 4) for your information.
ANNUAL ELECTIONS:
Annual Elections were held with no nominations from the floor. The following were unanimously approved as officers for the year 2010:
President – Howard Bernstein
Vice President – Barry Mann
Treasurer – Norman Burnstine
Secretary – Margo Miller
Director-at-Large – Ted Stratton
Thanks go to all of the officers who served us so well last year, especially Patty Cowherd who, due to obligations underway for her son’s wedding this Spring, was unable to repeat in the office of Secretary. Happy wedding to the Cowherds!
Thank you everyone for volunteering to direct our club’s activities for 2010!

3/13-14/10 Amelia Island – Saturday Auction & group dinner with Florida Alfa Club; Sunday Car Show
3/20/10 Tavares – “Wheels & Keels Show” also with Race Boat Regatta, followed by March Alfa Club Meeting at “Athens New York Style Diner” in Mt. Dora. (Cars will be shown by invitation only; contact Bob Tallgren if interested.)
4/23-26/10 Drive to Asheville, N.C. – Tour Great Smoky Mountains.

Andy Sorenson has turned in the “Mechanically Challenged Award” he was given last year, because his Alfa is now up and running. Get that Alfa of yours running soon, or you might be a candidate for this coveted trophy for 2010 (at the next meeting).
ALFA ROMEO UNIVERSITY ORAL EXAM & DOOR PRIZES:
Alfa Romeo University conducted another oral exam at the meeting. The smartest Alfa students of the evening were Paul Dufek, Tony Lewis and Barbara Stratton were the lucky winners of VERY rare and expensive Alfa paraphernalia (questions like…what % of students graduated from high school in 1910???) Mia and Madison were kind enough to pull door prizes tickets to many lucky winners!
